Storage¶

The VCF Cluster provides shared storage mounted at /data on the login and compute nodes. This filesystem houses:

• User home directories
• Shared group directories
• Models
• Datasets

User Home Directories¶

• Location: /data/<username>

Your home directory is the primary space for storing personal scripts, data, and other files.

Shared Group Directories¶

• Location: /data/groups/<groupname>

Groups and labs each have a shared directory that can be used by all members of the group. These directories facilitate collaborative work, such as sharing datasets, code, and results within the group.

Quotas and Limits¶

Quota details for the beta cluster will be announced. If you have storage needs beyond your current allocation, reach out on Slack in #help-desk.
